Complaints Procedure

At UVS Law, we understand that immigration issues can be stressful, time-consuming, and costly for our clients. Our goal is to provide exceptional service by clearly explaining the law and Home Office procedures, meeting agreed-upon timelines, and promptly responding to your inquiries.

We take any dissatisfaction with our service very seriously and will promptly address any complaints. Our commitment is to provide professional service to all our clients. If you have any concerns, please let us know by speaking with the staff member assisting you.

Rashid will call you to discuss your concerns and carry out an investigation. Rashid will respond within 48 hours.

Legal Ombudsman

If the above process does not resolve your issue, you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. Please note that the complaint should be made either within six years from the date or three years from when you would have complained if you knew about the complaint.
